New Player's Email Not Verifying

All - For a game that we tried starting yesterday morning, new players to the site weren't able to get their email verified. I know it takes about a day to get the verification, but one player specifically hasn't seen the email yet, while everyone else has. Thoughts on why that might be? Can we remove that verification so we can start our game? LOL He's our 7th man. Thanks

I should've mentioned that I'm currently in his email making sure he's not an idiot and I don't see it in spam, junk, or any other folder. And I think I'm not blind, but hard to know these days! :D
