So I now need to find some people prepared to be Replacements or Stand-bys.

REPLACEMENTS - These are players who are prepared to step into any game. They may not want to play in the whole tournament but, if a player drops out of a game, they'll fill in.

STAND-BYS - These are players who are prepared to not only step into a game but they want to continue in the tournament.
