New Variant: Leawynn.

I decided to make a diplomacy variant based on my world building project. So no real world base here! However, it does try to achieve the same idea of Classic Diplomacy. As such, there are no complicated additional rules. There is, however, a more focused attempt on allowing dynamic openings, whilst still having it set up to have each nation have a guaranteed build at the very least. This way, any Leawynn game will have more options available to the players in the first year.

The few specific rules are as follows:

    Nations are denoted by their colour (clockwise from topleft: Purple, Yellow, Blue, Red, Grey, Teal or Cyan, Orange, Green).
    Vin, Tai and Oca are canals.
    Orange and Yellow start with two fleets and one army.
    Hlo has an east coast and a west coast
    20 (twenty) centers to solo on this board
    Game starts at AC2200, with a spring and autumn phase and a winter build. Years are donated as '00', '01', etc..
    Standard diplomacy rules apply unless otherwise stated thus far.
