I just realized that I'd forgotten to post a modified version of the house rules in the case of missing winter adjustments. While other house rules from the Tournament are still in effect, I needed to clarify (since there are no fleets and armies).

Missed Winter Orders/Adjustments
Similar to normal Diplomacy, if you miss submitting Build orders for a Winter turn, you will forfeit the relevant build(s) that turn. If you don’t submit the required number of Destroy orders, I will destroy units using the following priorities.
- Destroy units that are not occupying an SC.
- Destroy units that are the furthest from your Home Supply Centers (those you started the game with).
- Destroy Knights before Kings.
- If units are still equal in priorities 1, 2, & 3, destroy units in alphanumeric order, using their spaces' letter-number coordinates.
