That is an unfortunate result of the size of the sea provinces - I don't think there is a better place to put the icons (but I'm open to suggestions!). If I get around to it, before I run it again, I'll probably re-jigger the Gulf of Euboia and Gulf of Corinth, so that it's easier to see where the units actually are.
