If there’s enough interest, I would run a second game with a staggered start time—start the second one like the first week of September, maybe, assuming there’s the interest for it.

There are 14.5 signed up, so yeah, if I get another 6 or so signups and nobody drops out of the first game during confirmations, I’ll run a second one.

I could run the second if you wanted to play...or Id be willing to play in both. I like this variant a lot.

I also talked to some more of the people from TTT...so Steve Hybrid may join and Im trying to get Despicables/Black Kettle since they are used to PbEM

A lot of players on the sign-up list that would be a hoot to play with.

Unless Nook plays in my game :P

Then I'm out.

Just kidding, Nook is... really cool... ish.

I probably prefer to run it than play...I don’t think I’m playing any PbF until the TTT is over.

Would orders be sent via the forum or Discord?

Good question! Via the forum most likely—I’m still sorta screwing around with an idea...I know it could work, I’m just not sure how inconvenient it would make finding orders for me

Anyways—most likely via the forum is the short answer :)

I'd do it just like how NoPun is running TTT...where discord is really just for the coms

Cool! I'd like to sign up, if possible, for either WitA 7 or 8. :)

I can confirm that there are several advantages to having orders submitted via a stable inbox rather than via an external messenger. They're considerably easier to organize, for one thing. If there's any question as to whether a message was or wasn't received, the records are much easier to check on the forum.

In a pinch I still let some clarifications come through that way, and I always accept retreats via whatever means in order to make those phases go faster. I've also let some folks who were having issues with accessing the site on their phones send orders via Slack (Discord for this game), but that was on a case-by-case basis.

It'd be up to Nanook how formal he wants to be with all of that.
