PDL D1 Feb was drawn as part of the PDL some weeks ago so it’s out of my hands now.

It would be a shame for the turn to expire without a Turkey given the position Turkey has in this game.

TURKEY (5): Draw Points=63, Center Pts=20, ProRata=6;. Total Points are 89

He probably didn't. The game was drawn for league purposes because of an Austrian surrender. So France gets points and Austria does not.

Interesting, but also hardly fair? Why should France get the points and not distribute the points among the remaining survivors with weights according to their number of centers? Or just not give them away. I understand why Austria doesn't get points, but not why France does.

Austria surrendered, they are no longer part of the game. The Austrian centers were distributed to the remaining 4 powers on a weighted basis, that is what the "pro rata" portion represents. 12 to England, 9 to France, 6 to Turkey and 5 to Italy.
