World Influence Draw #3 (REJECTED)

Germany has proposed this draw after rejecting Draw #2. For sake of ease of reading. I have split it to a new thread.

If UK is so inclined he can propose a draw that excludes him (for reasons that escape me) and I will accept it. Meanwhile I reject the proposed draw and propose an alternate draw that includes:

Venezuela
UK
Germany
Nigeria
Israel
India
China

I've been very, very clear about this - there will be no draw that includes both UK and Germany
