I think the arrangement we worked out where you take the Northern half down to the CAM-BAN line and I get the southern (starting at KIS-SOM) makes the most sense.

However, the stickier issue is going to be Europe. Do you want to split it east-west or by region?

We are a couple years into it...We have been playing 6 weeks already...if you look at the sub-forum you can see our latest season (2013) ... I can put you on the reserve list...but I had more people sign up than spaces in the game.
