Premium Credits

Premium Credits are credits that allow a non-premium player to play a game with premium options. You can see how many credits you have on the My Account page, and if you do have any you will also have the option to 'gift' credits to another player, which transfers a credit from you to the named player.

If you have any Premium Credits, then as a non-premium if you try to join a game with Premium options you will be asked if you want to spend a credit to do so. If you leave the game before it starts, this credit will be refunded to you. Note however that as soon as the game starts, the credit is irretrievably spent.
EDIT: Note that your credit is returned if you LEAVE the game, ie unsubscribe. If you are thrown out for not confirming, this does not count as leaving the game.

Credits are available for purchase through the Premium / Go Premium page at $5 per credit or 7 for $15.

Maybe I'm evil for thinking this.... But I anyway, I should probably ask. Is it illegal to, let's say, ask Russia to support you into Norway and Sweden...and offer him a credit in return?

It doesn't feel right... But yeah. Thought I'd ask.

That would be Metagaming, which is of course against the site. That is, you are promising another player something in another game if they help you in this one. The promise in this case would be to allow them to play a Premium game.

Surely Belgium doesn't count?

This is no different than offering your coworker a cookie if she supports you to Brest. Well, HR doesn't have to get involved, but other than that, it's the same as far as the site rules are concerned.

We need to get a "like" button for these circumstances... :)

This moment I cannot say that I understand the benefits of this function but it is nice to see the effort to improve the site. Good work.

Does anybody know is it possible to use Premium Credit to check the stats I have (percentage of wins, draws...)?

No. The premium credit is simply to allow you to join a premium game.
