How to use the Table of Odds
1. Locate the Weaker Force.
2. Locate the Stronger Force along the Weaker Force's row. If the Stronger Force's actual strength is not listed, choose the closest smaller strength.
3. Read up the Stronger Force's column to locate the actual Battle Ratio.
4. To win the battle, the Stronger Force's Battle Ratio must match the drawn Battle Result or better it.

eg.
A Weaker Force has a strength of 280.
A Stronger Force has a strength of 410.
Locating the 280 Weaker Force and reading along that row, there is no 410, so the Battle Ratio between the Forces is 5-4.
To win the battle, the Battle Result must be 5-4 or Majority. Any other Battle Result is an indecisive battle.
