Alliance Phase of negotiations may now begin with an extended 3 day deadline. Alliance phases will normally last 2 days. I am not doubling the initial deadline because the Alliance phase and the regular order phase following will already total 6 days. That should be enough time to get diplomacy rolling and any alliances that you might deem advantageous. Orders for Alliance Phase 1800 are due three days from now on Thursday, January 9th 5:00 GMT -6, 11:00 GMT.

I encourage all players to reread the rules to make sure that a full grasp of them is achieved before embarking. Remember that all coalition/imperial agreements must be sent to me and ratified by all players involved so that I can have it on record. Good fortune!
