WitA, definitely. Not wild about the historical error of the canal, but i really think the dynamic of multiple major powers pushing to expand along parallel lines on such a large map will be very interesting. Also could be really fun for War of 1812 fanboys. Could the canal be a removable feature?

We have another variant proposed (1812 Overture) that might be of interest to “1812 Fanboys.”

It’s not up for a vote now, but I hope it becomes a possibility later.

I mean, if we saw a sudden rush of voters that were brand new or previously unused accounts, there’d be some need for scrutiny. But in general we want to get a wide range of players interested in the future of the site.
