We have another variant proposed (1812 Overture) that might be of interest to “1812 Fanboys.”

It’s not up for a vote now, but I hope it becomes a possibility later.

It’s really important for game balance otherwise a fleet has to go all the way around

Hurray!

At this moment in time, we have 63 votes recorded. This means that, in less than a week, we have exceeded the total number of votes received the last time a map was voted on (2013).

Voting will remain open for the rest of the month of April, so let your friends and fellow PlayDip players know about it! Either War in the Americas or Canton would make a great addition to the site.

There is no apparent clear way to vote on the 2 maps - how can you vote? Thank you.

There is a poll on top. You can select what map to use through the vote.

Insofar as I have any kind of vote, as a total beginner, I'd vote for Canton.

If you want your vote to be counted, respond to the poll at the top.

Many thanks. Wasn't sure if this was for people barely into double-digit posts or not...!

I mean, if we saw a sudden rush of voters that were brand new or previously unused accounts, there’d be some need for scrutiny. But in general we want to get a wide range of players interested in the future of the site.

This is the last week to vote! War in the Americas is currently in the lead, but the fight isn't yet over for Canton.

Remember, the poll closes on May 1st!
