Great variant! I volunteer to GM a trial game.

I'm afraid that until many years from now, when Tolkien's Lord of the Rings and associated materials are in the public domain, we cannot safely consider hosting any games based on Middle Earth.

If you would like to play that variant, I suggest going to the Play-by-Forum subforum, where you can suggest it. You can also apply to become a PbF GM, if you want to run a game of it yourself.

Though, to be clear, that particular variant is complex enough that it shouldn't be your first PbF game to GM as part of our community, should you pursue that path.
