Did you redraw the map Morg? How did I miss that border with Gua?!

Nope, it's the same map and I don't think this is the first time Mexico has supported Veracruz from Guadalajara.

Yeah, I've definitely been using that order for the last two or three turns. This is just the first time it's become relevant.
