An additional 20 billion CCs in funding is being diverted to our military. The Terran Infantry will be doubled in size from 10,000 to 20,000 soldiers. There was much debate at the council wether to give the funding as grants to the cities or to spend it on military, however It was finally decided to spend it on military, due to the need to protect our new territory.

The OP has been updated with a reorganized military section (not IG, just with the presentation) and more concise tech section (I cut repeating techs and made some descriptions more "stand alone").

Lasers (85 years)

Heavy Laser Turrets 2.0: Compact, anti-infantry and light to medium vehicle laser turrets. Capable of demolishing infantry and destroying light and medium armor vehicles Complete

Medium Laser Turrets 2.0: Compact, anti-infantry and light to medium vehicle laser turrets. They are small and light enough to be easily carried by a soldier in a Vincio exosuit Complete

Light Laser Turrets 1.0: Tiny laser turrets which can fit into the palm of the hand. They are are too weak to pierce armor, but can destroy projectiles. They usually are linked together with adjudicators utilizing DART and underground targeting software Complete

Mobile Laser Turret: Spherical versions of heavy laser turrets, covered with Scopulus Armored Propulsion, which allows the turrets to move underground while also substantially boosting their durability Complete

Increased Laser Power: Complete

Laser Cannons: Much more powerful for their size (as no space is used on targeting/mechanical systems, ect.). A cannon the size of a flashlight can cut through most light armors while a howitzer-sized cannon could slice most heavy tanks in half Complete

Weapons/Targeting (80+ years)

DART: Traded (Sybus)

Underground Targeting System: Complete (Base Tech Sybus)

Grav Guns: A handheld coil gun with an extraordinary rate of fire. Complete

Perdio: Basically a scopulus enabled version of the TerraTorpedo, Perdio is faster, more powerful, more maneuverable, and more durable than its conventional predecessor. They are simply bombs surrounded with a layer of scopulus armored propulsion. This unique propulsion system protects the projectile from impacts or explosions and boosts the speed and maneuverability, all while leaving significantly more room for explosives than in the previous model. The simplicity of the design lets them be built at almost any scale. Complete

Immitto: A specialized railgun which can launch missiles. This allows missiles to be accelerated to accelerated to speeds far beyond what could be achieved with a conventional system. Our missiles are being redesigned with a focus on maneuverability and endurance, as the railgun takes care of speed. Complete

Subterranean Tanks: We are designing two subterranean tanks, the super-heavy Brutus class and the lighter Velox class. Complete

Exosuits (100+ years)

Spartan Suits: Traded (Sybus)

Vincio Suit: Eight foot tall exosuits which integrate scopulus armored propulsion and decades of exosuit research to create an underground killing machine. The suit vastly increases its wearer’s strength and speed, though it slightly inhibits maneuverability due to the amount of armor and weapons which it packs. For defense, it has a layered shell of Brass Tacks and Mythril laced Achilles, six small laser turrets to intercept oncoming projectiles and a thick layer of scopulus armored propulsion. The armored propulsion also allows the wearer to submerge into the ground for up to three hours at a time. While underground, the suit can move at speeds close to that of a TerraSub. The helmets are linked for easy communication and also feature a display which shows the position of known friendly and enemy forces on an overhead map of the battlefield and provides alerts about damage, ammunition levels, ect. Complete

Exosuit Improvement: Complete

Vincio Suit v2: An improved version of the Vincio suit with three specialized models. Complete

Lucis class: A lightweight combat suit designed for urban combat with unbelievable speed and maneuverability. Plated Clypeus armor and a deployable layer Aestimatus Infodio Armor allow these suits to withstand a decent amount of fire while still maintaining maneuverability. Their armament consists of two grav guns, two shoulder mounted medium laser turrets, two Perdio bombs, a few Perdio grenades and four small laser turrets which can intercept incoming projectiles and/or interfere with enemy targeting systems.

Gravis class: A heavy combat suit designed for use in open warfare with the firepower to rival most tanks. These suits have multiple layers of plated Clypeus armor and can deploy multiple layers of Aestimatus Infodio Armor (which can be used to increase personal defense, create instant cover or protect a friendly combatant under heavy fire). They carry two grav guns, two under-arm rocket launchers, four shoulder mounted medium laser turrets, four Perdio bombs, numerous Perdio grenades and eight small laser turrets.

Insinuendi class: A stealth combat suit designed for infiltrating enemy lines which is virtually impossible to detect. A thin plating of Clypeus armor, augmented by a lining a Mirror armor provide protection from small arms fire and EMPs. They carry a semi-silenced grav gun, a localized EMP, a Perdio bomb, a couple Perdio grenades and a pair of small laser turrets for disabling enemy detection systems.
