Other than that, welcome from Austland! Embassy exchange?

I had three starting techs, basic gentic engineering, semi-advanced lasers (it seems OP nations have laser rifels, thus a turrent should not be too advanced), and Infodio. The other two techs are being researched (I am paying 25% of my budget to do so). If one of the three techs I am starting with is OP, I will change it.

Don't mind JcD, he's just a little touchy when other people start Bio Tech... He thinks it will degrade the value of his tech... Still, don't try to piss him off, he has been known to act[invade] on impulse... Also, JcD owns the rights to terra sub tech and production, so contact him if you want any. :D

Thanks for the information, I will be careful. So do you think my nation is fine? (Who should I contact to finalize this? It seems that the BoSS council votes are in motion)

Also, we would be happy to open trade routes with any nations that are willing.

If you made a thread for it, it's a country.

After the Paction War is over, we would be glad to initiate trade, though I wonder how we will trade, as you do not seem to have any ports.

I think that your nation is fine. Pop is a little big though... I am not the expert on underground cities. I'm sure that mat.gopack will give his opinion when he gets on.

Welcome from Mattopia! We would be glad to trade embassies with Terra!

We are extremely glad to see another nation that has seen the light of underground living. Although our entire nation doesn't live underground, about 40-60% are underground at most times. If you want, we could help your systems out with...
Underground bullet trains. Our bullet trains use giant, powerful magnets, and reach speeds in excess of 350 mph. They are free to operate once built, with solar energy being all that is needed (underground can use geothermal or lines to the surface). They crisscross our underground cities- we find them cheap, plentiful, and easy- and useful. Pm us if you wish for the price (it's reasonable)
Underground cities- we have been able to dome our cities- perhaps that would help you out more? More room...
And our underground farming. That utilizes mushrooms, mostly, that grow plentiful and abundantly. With time, we'll add more strains- but they are already able to replicate the tastes of bread, steak, fries, and pizza. (OOC- inspiration from Isaac Asimov)

We look forward to hearing back from you!
(OOC- you might want to look at income. 10k a year from 4.75 million = 40.75 billion cc in income taxes)

Yes, I was having a hard time with that also. I thought that about 1M a city would be a nice even number :D . There is also a military base and we will be building (once the workers unfreeze) an underground airport that should attract some of the population (stores around the area, might build a resort later).

Thank you for your offer, I was getting ready to contact you for some trades. I will PM you shortly.

(Thanks for the help on income, I could figure out why it was so low. I forgot to count three zeros... )

Wecome from UMIA! We extend a hand in friendship, and would like to exchange embassies.

Do NOT listen to Thinker. UMIA also has TerraSubs, and I would love to sell some to you. Perhaps we should discuss this through PM?

Also, I see you are looking to develop drones. Well, UMIA would be glad to provide you with the basic blueprints for powerful drones for free, if that helps you in any way. :D
