We dispute that the 'entire' population was those West Africans, unless of course, you already count the rail tunnel in the Mobius maglev railroad as Mobius territory and not France, per every treaty before.

Unfortunately the Mobius maglev railroad is considered 'important stuff' and thus was transported by Baujantec to Mars. We refer you to them if you wish to have it returned.

The Maglev train is Mobius sovereign territory as per treaty. Violation of that territory is an act of war.

OOC: I transferred the things I deemed important and that I controlled, mainly people. Since the treaty I established with Mobius at the time of my split did not give me ownership of the underground maglevs and whatever other subterranean stuff, nothing there was touched when I started transferring things. It was sovereign territory of Mobius and out my jurisdiction to play around with. Whether Mat and MK will treat them the same way is up to them and up for discussion among the powers involved.

Transylvania lays claim to multiple Balkan states, Romania Serbia, Hungary are the core claims, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia are strong claims, and Greece, Albania Slovenia Slovakia Czech Republic and Austria are weak claims.

(For the purposes of this thread/CYOC, we don't really do 'core vs strong vs weak' claims. It's either claimed as land you control or move to control, or unclaimed, mechanically speaking. It sounds like you're placing what you consider to be your natural sphere/where you want to expand in those claims too.)
