Hey Mal, long time no see!

I would be interested in a FCYOC revival. We've tried a few times, with varied levels of success. VCYOC is also always recruiting people.

Good to see you again Mal :)

I wouldn't mind giving FCYOC a go again, it was fun the first time!

Ugh, how much of a time commitment would this be? Because I really want to play, but I can't spare THAT much time for it. A ballpark number would be great.

I mean, anyone want to just do this even if Mal doesn't return? I figure the time commitment could be according to each player, with no hard deadlines or anything (run like regular Sci-Fi CYOC, but fantasy).

I don't know. Thoughts? I wasn't in the original Fantasy CYOC, so I don't have much to go off of except regular CYOC.

I would maybe be willing to co-gm, I can't do it on my own, but when it's a fresh setting and rules are up for interpretation I could try my hand.

Original FCYOC was on a fairly small scale and with a central GM. The map was pretty small + populations were small, and there were a fair number of aggressive player actions driving conflict, along with some searches with the GM (eg, I was basically vikings. They were raiding 1/2 players pretty often, and spent some time looking for krakens or other magical creatures to train).

If Mal isn't able to, I wouldn't mind giving it a shot on something similar in scale, gming wise.
