I am seriously going to need to revise these rules for version 2... I will compile a list of improvements and suggestions in the post-game report.

Light cavelry takes heavy cavelry
It is better to have scs then allies, assuming something aproaching equal combat power in each

Your credibility with eliminated powers is irrelavant

Keep your allies happy enough that they stay allies

Just decided that I'll probably just update every day or so, to keep things simple, instead of every 4 moves. I think it is more convenient for everyone if I do it this way.

Sorry pjkon, but the coordinates still haven't been changed. Evidently. The game is more than halfway through, though, so I see little point to changing it now, and you seem to be fine with saying Light Cavalry takes Heavy Cavalry, so for continuity's sake, let's just keep the map like this :D ;)

To keep with the pattern, crossbowman shoots spearman.

And we are not half over yet

No, maybe that was an exaggeration, but, at this rate, if each of you lose an unit a turn, the game will be down to a King vs King Draw in a few days :D

No, the goal is to kill the king. Capturing the elephant does not win the game, nor is this move check, let alone checkmate.
