Are these available to non-Premium players? This is the term for games with two to six players, correct?

Although, just to clarify, Premium members can't play them ranked either.

Yes, to clarify, short-handed games by their very nature are not appropriate to play as ranked games and are not available as ranked to any player (premium or otherwise).

What is a shorthand game? I keep trying to create a live game but it tells me it's a shorthand game and therefore only for friends. Problem is, I don't know what a shorthand game is so I can't know which settings to change to start a live game for non-friends.
