cancelling/altering a proposed new game

We had a game where cheaters were removed and NMRs were abundant, and the responsible players decided to agree to a draw and start a fresh game. We proceeded with the draw, but although everyone said they wanted to play in the fresh game some players did not. I set it up as a password game and now either need to remove the password aspect and make it a public game, or I need to delete the game entirely. I thought I would be able to go back in through the pending screen as the game creator, but such isn't the case. I've been digging around trying to figure out how to do this and I haven't been able to find the right help. maybe I'm using the wrong search terms. Anyway, any guidance on this would be appreciated.

As the creator you can indeed delete it. The game however must be empty...So this either means only you can be in it and delete it, or everyone including yourself must leave, you then must search the game and delete it.

You can also just publish the password in "games searching for players" on the forum.

Generally the people on the forum are better quality players which will avoid cheats and NMRs.
