I'd appreciate if someone posted my NMR rate below, curious how close I am to the Gold requirement other than needing more games. Thanks!

In answer to your question regarding gold; you've completed 14 games since your last surrender and 15 games overall (excluding you surrenders), here are the requirements for Gold:

Gold
98% consistency
Complete 20 games
No unjustified surrenders in past 15 games.
No sanction from the site admin for site rule violation within the last 8 months.
