Postby Blackfish » 15 Mar 2013, 11:44

I am usingrandom.org to assign countries to players.
1 - Shibablo
2 - joelsdaman1
3 - GhostEcho
4 - Shavemybaby
5 - lecrae
6 - Pharaoh of nerds
7 - Sinnybee

Who goes first?
7 - Sinnybee
4 - Shavemybaby
1 - Shibablo
5 - lecrae
3 - GhostEcho
2 - joelsdaman1
6 - Pharaoh of Nerds

The countries shall be numbered as follows:
1 = England
2 = Germany
3 = Russia
4 = France
5 = Italy
6 = Austria
7 = Turkey

And now, ve shall begin ze random countrry allocation!
Sinnybee - England
shavemybaby - Turkey
shibablo - France
lecrae - Russia
GhostEcho - Austria
joelsdaman1 - Germany
Pharaoh of Nerds - Italy

Here is the starting map:

Russia, Austria and Germany all have four neighbours.
England, France, Italy and Turkey have three.

It depends on your playstyle. Some people prefer to have more neighbours, so that they can be very diplomatic and have more options, other prefer countries with less neighbours, like Turkey in Regular Dip. You have to make the most of what you have! :D

My support is available to the highest bidder. What do you have?

I have an extension request. The first spring phase (this one) will be three days long, instea of 2. Double length is a bit much, I reasoned, for a game like this. That means that orders are due on Monday 5pm GMT+10, Monday 7am GMT.

Should be a quick game as there is no place to retreat too....so if you dislodge in Spring, they are dead.

Not necessarily true. From multiple possibilities.

Of course, that could lead to some people sort of carouselling around, if the conditions are perfect, though I doubt that will happen.

I considered making this PPO or Gunboat, then, after some maniacal laughter, I decided that doing so would be taking it a little too far :mrgreen:
