I'm a tribe in Hispania. Does that mean I'm allowed to make a new province when I expand?

I know that I have land outside Spain, but "Stoll".

Carthage is not a tribe, silly Subs.

And if you take some scissors, cut Italy out of the Mediterranean, and tape it on top of West Europe and squint, I look like a tribe too!

Wasn't your initial intent to give a hand to single province tribes, not to players with 2+? do you mean Celtic or just Gauls? because if it is just Gauls, that pertains to the people living in Gaul (people living north of the Pyrenees, east of the river Rhine, and North of the Alps...pretty much modern day france and low countries).

Only around two Gallic tribes have 2 provinces, and none of them have three. Celts are included.

List coming. Just need to copy and paste what letram called Gauls in his official rules.

I just think it's rather odd that places like Lusitani can have the same number of provinces as Carthage.
