That was a great game! I enjoyed watching it.

I think if Italy begins the game by going after France it's reasonable for Austria to build a second fleet early since they'll need two fleets to successfully invade Turkey without Italian help.

I dunno. For me, if Italy and Austria are friendly, and I'm Italy, I don't want to see any new Austrian fleets. Even if I'm going after France, the first new build from me will be a fleet that will go help Austria with Turkey so that a second Austrian fleet becomes unnecessary. A second Austrian fleet, to my mind, just means that if Austria does beat Turkey, I have a new, more powerful enemy next door who also now has sufficient naval power to pose a problem.
