The game has been conceded to England in Summer 1905. Congratulations to Diadem. Well played.

Feel free to leave any comments you like. I or Pedros will be sending around a Star Rating PM. Please reply when you receive it.

I suppose I tried my best to save myself, but I got screwed by a long term I/A alliance, with Russia distrusting me at best. I held out until Spring 1905, but had this game gone on I would likely be dead by 1906.

I doubt this variant it balanced. But it was a fun try.

With respect Kitchener there was nothing wrong with our alliance until you decided to opt out, and for whatever reason you decided to change sides and ally with Austria. He kept you bottled up while his principle Ally stole in round the back.

The three moves certainly has advantages/disadvantages for different nations. It's all down to diplomacy in the end.

The game ran without any problems so thanks to our GM, Attitudes

1. Yes, in 1901. I tried to get you back in side, but you ignored me.

2. Wrong GM

Doh, Attitudes of course.

Too many Forum games being played. A couple of days ago I sent my orders to another player. Luckily I wasn't going to stab him

Sorry Kitchener I don't remember that but I do remember you saying "Attacking Austria doesn't really help me."

So I most likely switched off after that!

All history now anyway

Oh yeah, I am interested to hear your logic on this. At worst, Austria was a peaceful neighbour, opening up aggression with him would have only gained me 2 allies.

Well, thanks attitudes for GM'ing. Well done.

The game was, sadly, unbalanced. As usual, any amount of Diplomacy can win you the game, no matter what your starting position. However, the playing field was not even at all.

Regardless, it was very fun!
How is an atomic wedgie different from a regular wedgie?
