Ok ladies and gentlemen. I saw this map and instantly wanted to play. I assume premium is required? If so ill scratch up some money for it soon. Wonder how much blood( or other) , it would take to get 15 dollars.

Hey, you don't need premium for this (although of course you're always encouraged to buy premium all the same). But the current game is already running, and it might be a few months or more before a new Westeros game starts...
