I would like to point out a mistake on the map: Transylvania, (or Hungarian-inhabited Northern Transylvania, which was returned to Hungary in the Second Vienna Award, and returned to Romania after the war) did not look at all like the one on the map. It did not border Yugoslavia. You can look at a map of it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_Transylvania .

You have a good point, but the reason for the territory having the borders it does is still there: I don't want Rumania to be able to move into Hungary right away. If you have a better Idea for the name of such a territory, please inform me.

Game balance is more important than historical accuracy - but as Pharaoh says, it can always be renamed

Well, in that case you can have the whole pre-1920 Transylvania, because in 1933 no one knew that it would be split into Northern and Southern Transylvania in 1940. Actually, both Hungary and Romania laid claim to the whole province, so the 1940 Vienna Award was more like a compromise.

Or, if a territory more would not be a problem, you can have both Southern and Northern Transylvania as separate territories.

If neither of the above suits you, you could rename it Partium, while it looked quite different from the one on your map, that name is still much closer to the area on your map than naming it Transylvania. The problem with this is that it sacrifices a good deal of historical accuracy about a territory which had changed hands many times, and it will not be conquerable in the game.

Although at the same time, a territory which can't be conqured wouldn't make for a good game!

I played a Face-to-face game. It was really fun even though I lost badly (REALLY badly). I have modified the rules slightly as problems came up, but I now think it is ready to play.
The other players thought it was really good for a 5-person game. They really liked the minor powers, and thought it added really complex and interesting diplomacy that 5-player games usually lack.
Once a friend of mine finishes the synopsis of the game for our club's website, I'll post it here (minus our names, excessive profanity, and the inside jokes).

I tweaked the map a bit. I put Estonia back, with a border to Helinski, and made the Polish Corridor a Build Center for Poland (so they can have fleets).

I know this is a bit late, but can we put a buffer between Poland and Moscow?

I think Pinsk does that well enough.
