Battle of the Sexes: a diplomacy variant

I wasn't sure where to put this; I think it's done, but I don't have the intention of GMing it anytime soon.

I didn't make it, I just found it on the webDip forum. Anyways:

rules wrote:Background:
The Lost Islands of Discordia and Concordia are a place of strange traditions and sociological attitudes: instead fighting by standart cruelty and killing instinct, their inhabitants have developed since centuries a code of behaviour very unique and stunning.
While old people, children, and everyone wanting a quiet lifestyle like them are let in permanent peace into the core of Concordia Island, the most adult women and men of the archipelago delight fighting each other to get the supreme privelege ever: to be the one allowed to stay up in the bed.
Organized countries and strongholds have developed to build and maintain armies and ships in order to wage war on the other sex during the hottest 30 days of each summer, called the Hot Month, until the total subjugation of the losers taken prisoners and the triumphant joy of the winners having a good war booty to play with...
The summer has come, and armies of women and men are ready for battle and will have no mercy for prisoners' whining nor headaches! Who will be, at last, the one to be tied down in the bed?

Rules:
The Battle of the Sexes variant has just from two to six players. It is played just like 'Classic' diplomacy but with the following differences:
- This is a funny game with bad adult humour, so it won't be liked so much by competitive players who seek a professional-like challenge... It is more a game to attract players willing to enjoy the pleasure of battling between males and females with sincere spanking attitude LOL.
- Victory is achieved by controlling the majority of supply centres after the conquest of all SCs of the enemy alliance (Femdomia or Maledomia).
- Phases are differently named but works the same way: instead Spring there is Skirmish and instead Autumn there is Acquisition; instead 1 year, the Skirmish and Aquisition (plus Retreat and Build) phases belong to the same Day; after 30 game Days there is an automatic Draw ending the battles.
- Due to the fantasy world-like historical situation and the lack of 'modern' communication, the variant is played out under Fog of War rules. This means you can only see the territories of the supply centres you control and have your units on, and those territories immediately adjacent. For the full detail of these rules please see the Classic Fog of War variant on this server.
- This variant is build anywhere. This means you can build units in any vacant supply centre that you control at the end of the Acquisition phase.
- The yellow colored territory of Concordia Island Core has no name on the map cause it is impassable, like Classic game's Switzerland.
- There are no land-only territories on the map, nor split coasts (north/south/west/east). There are only sea and coastal territories so every SC can build either an army or a fleet.
- The six capital territories (CWW, SWW, CSP, THC, FDB, ABS) behaves the same way in this variant as Denmark behaves in Classic. Fleets or armies can enter it one turn from a sea or coastal territory, and after capturing it pass through respectively to the sea or coastal territory on the other side. A fleet inside on of these territories cannot convoy, same way as for normal coastal territories.
- Despite apparently irregolar frontiers, all the structure of territories has an exagonal simmetry: so the starting chances for every player are fairly the same. In case of doubt caused by strange looking of the map, this rule is determining the exact frontier (example, if the frontier structure of Ultramagicland and Wittchia are so clear, the structures of Matronia and Paladinland can look not so clear but must be the same of the previous).
- The starting positions of units are equal for all countries: a fleet in the central SC (the capital) and an army into each of the other two SCs.

Left click and select "open image in a new tab." It should come up completely then.

Are the "independent" SCs occupied to begin with?

No, I do not believe so.

I might GM this eventually, but I have a few things on my docket before that. If anybody else wants to GM this, I will absolutely play, though.

You mean Testosteronia.

You better watch out--if I play, I call Matronia--my unit starting in the City of Deserved Spanking will make for your Butt Groping Outpost. Eventually, I will bring your Fortress of Dicksburg under complete Femdomia control. Or, maybe you'll get lucky, and I'll first go for the Castle of the 'Straight' Paladins, and lock them in their own castle prisons :P.
