Constantinople has fallen! This means that the Byzantine Empire is now in great trouble. Following rule 5, only the Byzantine units within Byzantium will from now on be able to move. Although I admit the term "Byzantium" in this respect is rather vague, my ruling is that this comprises the home centers of the Byzantine empire, which means that only the army in Antioch will now be allowed to issue orders.
