The Ostrogoth fleet in the Tyrrhenian Sea seems to have vanished.

Also, while I have your attention, I have a question regarding the application of Rule 7:

7. Nations may expand their boundaries by incorporating neutral supply centres. If a unit is maintained as a garrison in a neutral centre for 2 consecutive years, it is thereafter considered as a home centre and new units may be built there. Home centres of other nations may also be incorporated but must be garrisoned for 4 consecutive years in order for the transition to occur.

Does a unit need to explicitly hold in order to count as garrisoning a neutral centre? Or would an attack that resulted in a bounce (i.e. an external attack on an adjacent territory that bounced), leaving the unit in the neutral centre, also count towards the garrison allotment?

Diplonev, I noticed you had forgotten to move the Vandal army to Marutiania, and moved it in the retreat map. Please tell us when you do something like this- I almost didn't notice, and it would have messed up my entire move order.

Also, truth be told, I wonder if this variant makes the Byzantines a tad overpowered. If he moves right, he could basically cripple the Avers, and get up to 5 builds. Since he's a corner power, that makes it harder to roll back the tide if he gets an advantage. I'm not saying we should do anything about it in this game, but it's something to keep in mind for future plays, if things go as I predict.

but you know very well you pretty much broke all our DMZs.
And on the Byzantine note I have to agree but also think that if we all united against them they would have no chance.

There is absolutely no way I can defend against the Byzantiums, and with my two useless fleets that have nowhere to go BUT Black Sea the Byzantiums automatically feel hostile towards me and have to attack!
