Fall 1848

GMd by Morg. Play test, 4-way draw between presser84 (Texas), asudevil (Mexico), haroonriaz , Great Britain), mat.gopack (Spain)

Fall 1848

Postby Morg » 02 Mar 2012, 20:38

Wet leaves cover the cobblestones as the city prepares for a seige, wreaking chavoc on the streets as the wheels to gun carriages slide every which way. Horses slip and injure themselves under the strain. Meanwhile the rain shows no sign of letting up and the men dig in mud more than dirt.

Fall is here and everyone has until 1600PST or 2400GMT Monday the 5th to get in orders.

Draw proposal for a joint Mexico-Texas victory
Great Britain-Rejected
Mexico-Accepted
Spain-Accepted
Texas-No Response

Also I'd like to apologize for the delay. I had a few things I needed to take care of.

Well thats unfortunate...

Way to jack up my eventual stab of Texas...I tried early, then played safe for a while, and now when I finally go for it...NMR gets me.

I feel bad for you Morg...there is nothing more frustrating than spending time GM'ing a game that has NMR's/low participation...and I dont just mean Matt. I know myself I have barely made any attempts at communication this game compared to my others...and I apologize to you all for that. Especially you Morg, I didnt give this great variant the time it deserved.

Texas, Im with you for the long haul, and if we want to call this a 2man draw with me and Texas, I will be acceptable to that.

I think we had a chance until mat NMR'd...

There was no 24 hour warning unless you sent it only to him.

You had your orders in before the 24hr mark, so I didn't include you on the BBC

Is that an official 2 way draw proposal from Mexico?

Wow, a 2 way draw proposal from someone who was just about to stab you. Some nerve. Hey presser84, I say you go for a solo mate. You're just a couple of centers away.
More than half of Diplomacy games are ruined because players leave them half-way.
