Besides a plethora of pinatas, what did El Guapo recieve on his 40th birthday?

Winter is here. Unfortunately we had an NMR on the retreats so it had to auto-disband. Winter orders, I will need by Saturday the 4th at 1200 PST or 2000GMT.
