How many games would a player play simultaneously? Just one game a round?
You don't know what I'm thinking...because I don't know what I'm doing.

And a follow up to Fatmo's question, how many rounds? If it's just 2 as stated in the opening post then how do you get 4 scores to go towards calculating rankings?

Despite living in Scotland (Pootle can correct my pronunciation), it is clearly Roth. This is probably one of about 100 words thought that Scottish people cannot say properly. Don't get me started on nugget/noo-gaaar :D

Noogar I love it. The wrath of Diomedes!!!

It will be mini version of wdc. Those rules just copy and pasted.

So there wouldn't be a fourth game.

In terms of simultaneously playing games

Good questions...i would say it best to finish game 1 before game 2 begins otherwise big conflicts tend to happen.

Pure eedjit. It's Cape WrAAAth. Like everything else, we invented it.

'Noo-gaaar' said no-one in the world.... ever.

I know where you live Parrrett... taps aff. Scouser in Glesgae. 8-) ;)
But, I nearly forgot, you must close your eyes otherwise you won't see anything

I am in. And my Nickname shall be: The Face of Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

Ya know.... that’s really not much in the form of a nickname. That’s more of just a really really long wordy adjective.

I’m also game for “Lex Luthor’s Step-Brother.”

I’ll let you all pick. I’m also open to other proposals. I’m masculine enough to let others choose my nickname.

3) Someone's kid gets hurt.
4) It all goes downhill from there

I would suggest if the games are ranked the it should be DIAS at the end of 07 since the scoring rules may have people play different than a normal game.

If the games are unranked then they should be allowed to finish.

I would prefer they are ranked, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

The games need to be unranked in any case because the ranking system scores games in a totally different manner than the tournament would. It's a conflict of interest that introduces a highly undesirable element into the game.

Watching you people fret about your precious website score amuses me. Shiv recently posted “ranked or forget about it.” I would offer my alternative assessment: “show up at a tournament and play real people, or forget about it.”
