Baltic Maps?

Are there any maps with focus on the Baltic region? I just thought it would be cool to do a Diplomacy variant there, with Denmark/Norway/Holy Roman Empire/Teutonic Knights/Poland/Lithuania/Novgorod on it.

It doesn't have all the forces you mention, and there may be other ones, but since I'm playing in this one (for at least one more turn
