Oddly, in the link you gave Kiel is green! But now I think that Sweden should be too, if someone out there is listening...

I would almost say Kiel, instead of DEN.


It should be Kiel, Den, and Sweden - as well as Constantinople.

All 4 provinces boarder non-adjacent sea spaces, but are considered to have one coast. There's really no functional difference between how each of these spaces works.
