Congratulations to the winning town team of Keirador, lecrae, Strategus, blackswimmer, Crunkus, AKFD, and Thyrfing! Condolences to ufo and Kim, who fought valiantly.

We probably could have had this game if I had nudged AKFD to put a real vote down before he went to bed. We had a private chat D3 and I probably could have gotten him to do it, but I didn't try and I'm pretty pissed at myself over it.

I think the most common question was “wtf do the badges do?”

Here’s the answer:

Badges: 2 badges make you 80% BP, 3 badges make you full BP, 4 badges make you 80% BP with a reflexive cop check on a random person that visits you at night, 5 badges gives you a one shot day or night vig.

Scum’s NK on N2 was determined by whether someone died D2 or not. They did have a NK available to them and declined to use it.

Oh that was another thing. Starting D2 we never actually knew if we had a NK until we got to night. That fucking sucked D2.

This was the first game where I actually felt like I did a good job in my entire five-game run here so far, so I'm feeling pretty pumped. I'm not used to actually TKing a scum - a strange feeling.

Good job to UFO/Kim, y'all put up a valiant effort and were really close to snagging that win at multiple points - it's really hard to replicate success twice and y'all were almost there. Respect.

I'm curious to see if my EOD2 gambit actually pushed the scum away from killing me, because if I was killed Night 2, UFO/Kim easily bring AKFD on side I think?

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about it - if you'll notice in the thread, I was pushing pretty hard for AKFD not to put a vote down (because I was pretty confident Strat was town at that point), so I would've made a ton of noise in protest had you tried to go down that route. Most of the paranoia (except for the stuff 10 minutes before the deadline) about Strat/Blackswimmer was somewhat faked on my end. (It was mostly just how awful I'd feel if I was wrong -I was fully prepared to go on camera and attempt to eat a sock as a way of coping if I was wrong there)
