Another big season, and it will be farewell to Argentina. USA looks as though it's days are numbered as well, and Chile and Columbia are also suffering greatly.

Four retreats - Britain from BAs, Chile from Ant, Venezuela from ECS, and USA from Washington. Retreats are due by 2000 BST (1500 EDT) on Sunday 31 July. None of them can affect the SC count, so builds are listed at the end.
