OK 35 met. Any new sign-ups will go down as the new reserves... unless we reach 42, of course, in which case I'll look at a whole different structure.

The poll finishes soon (if it hasn't already) then I'll need to find rankings for everyone to split people up into their divisions. I'm thinking middle of next week... unless there's a good chance of getting to 42, in which case I'll push for that for a few days and then start it. Latest start: next weekend (that is, around 16th April).
