2 games are still waiting for the last player to join (note, that I'm not saying whether or not I'm in said games). Is this expected or is it time to call in a replacement?

I think I know who is not yet joined those two games. Tonight I will send him a message giving him 1 day to join those games. If he fails, we'll call for a replacement.
On that day we’ll say to Hell: “Have you had enough?”
And Hell will answer: “Is there more?”

If anyone has any problems with the games, bugs or getting into them, or orders, please let someone know. Don't just hope it gets better if you wait long enough! Post here so Samarkand can deal with it, or find someone who can deal with it.

Samarkand said that someone already talked to him. A problem arises if someone says something here. If that happens everyone knows who he is in the tournament game.

I'm in communication with Samarkand on a few things anyway, but if you have something you can PM if your most comfortable with that.

I'd just like to say that I've been really enjoying the tournament thus far, the competition is fierce and the other players appear intelligent.

Same.

I've particularly enjoyed the tactical switch of mindsets seen in both me and the players IM playing against.

Everyone is playing with the end table in sight.

I am watching the tournament games and I noticed the aggresive style of play and the "no prisoners taken" policy. I like it - I want blood :D
All the game have started now, so I can sit back and relax...

Although I'm sure you'd like to play, you do get the unique enjoyment of knowing who everyone is, and watching the action live, before the aar's come in.

And believe me... I think we should all write the aar's for each game, perhaps do it in private before the tournie ends, so you dont forget over time!
