Since it's unlikely that one or even two players will win the tournament outright, I think, after Round 3 ends, the top 7 players should play each other in one final game to determine the overall winner(s). If a draw takes place in that game, the player with the highest tournament score would win.

Total tournament supply centers are now being used as "secondary points," as can be seen in the Round 1 Standings. Just let me know if you'd rather not have this system--I just thought it would be useful for breaking ties.

If it's impossible to go back until the first server malfunction ...yes!!!
Otherwise the tournament will loose his sense ...

From what I've seen, the games all get paused while the site is down. I'm in a 24 hour Gunboat game at the moment, which in the gap between server updates only processed one move (and that's after a few days of the site being down). But I could be wrong.
