I think he was joking, it's irrelevant where he retreats as he'll have to destroy it during the build phase anyway.
So far the only Playdip player to survive an attack by armies, fleets and an ax.

Don't start that QoH, or else we'll start arguing that the Caspian Sea is passable, so Sevastopol has two coasts, and then it all gets a bit ridiculous.
So far the only Playdip player to survive an attack by armies, fleets and an ax.

Haha, well If he wants to go to the caspian, it not a problem. Though He'd be able to leave his color in Lappland.

Would it matter? You couldn't get a fleet on the EC anyway...

You could build a fleet there, but all you could do is send it to Moscow SC or the Caspian Sea.
So far the only Playdip player to survive an attack by armies, fleets and an ax.
