Users Death Star and BLjalnj were metagaming across a number of unranked and ranked games. Both users have promised to follow the rules from now on.
One ranked game is being unranked - 193916 Friends and Foes.

Handling is on a case-by-case basis. Each case is different and in this case for a variety of reasons I have decided this is the appropriate response.
However, we are always open to new applicants to do cheater-hunting and make the necessary judgements
