Un checked ,reported cheating

I recently reported a game where friends or a duel account player was active.....No response,,,,,Now it is unplayable and these players will continue there game play in other games.You admins have the ability to look at these games and collect proof.We do not.This is not the first time I have asked for assistance and been denied.You enable these players to continue by ignoring our requests.It cant be that difficult to look at these games and confirm cheating or confirm no cheating took place.

Your post was 29th June - I have a list of games to investigate which are actually better researched than the one you’ve reported though. Please be patient.
I have not been in contact to update you as I don’t need to at this time. With some investigations it takes some time to clear - for example, we often contact the players concerned to speak with them, or need to trawl through great amounts of historical data. It’s important to carry on regardless and assume the game is clean, many that ‘feel’ wrong actually turn out to be fine. If there is cheating it will be dealt with and the game will be cleaned up.
As an aside - this is a very busy time for my private and work life - and I’m working with the absolute priority cheating investigations right now. When I publish your report and my conclusion (in a few days I expect) I will also give feedback on how to improve your report.
Please remember those of us who help with cheating investigations are doing so voluntarily out of our free time. The site does employ sophisticated A.I. tools to identify cheating - however it’s important that a human executes the communication with players and sanctions.

Most of the admins, if not all of them, perform their duties for nothing more than the love of this game and to keep this site going. I would cut admins slack as they are in general fairly responsive but do have a RL.

I would echo the call for patience with the volunteers.

Cheating through double accounting is a scourge so feel for you.

It's gut wrenching and frustrating that they are out there.

As an asiide I do think it would be interesting to actually talk with the cheats to try understand why...

Any former cheats put there who want to come clean?

Funnily enough though Dib - there was no cheating in this specific game at all... just an aggrieved player who also went too far in the shoutbox. The case took 5 days to close - there are some which have been open for much longer and the people who submitted have been very patient!
