I suppose that there are specific markers that flag cheaters like same URL, lack of comms, etc..., but I am curious as to how much common sense is built into the AI - for example: similarity of usernames, birthdates of accounts & common games, and more specifically... in-game [lack of] comms (without having to be "reported" first) combined with cooperative moves.

In other words, can there be built a flag for players (or player) who move(s) cooperatively with another (same) player without PMs?

The AI has numerous different aspects built into it, but I'm afraid that it would be a bit self-defeating to explain it any more detail if you think about it :)
