Throwing a game (or king making)...isn't cheating. If there is a pattern of this (you are welcome to look for games where they have played together before) and give more details (look in the red box for the link of what constitutes cheating and a good report)...then we will be happy to take a look.

I threw my game in PDET Round 1. I mean, I did most of it with the goal of squeezing myself into the draw, but then, with one center left, finished the job out of vengeance. It's a tactic I employ often, but I much prefer not actually having to follow through. Often the only leverage you can get is by threatening to make a big player bigger, and an empty threat is worse than useless, so you have to show you're serious.

There's nothing wrong with kingmaking at all.
