Its in the same province as New York.

oops sorry, i didn't see the final map. nvm. although u did make the us WAY too powerful, the us shouldn't really have that many units in the middle east or instead less in the caribean/atlantic. u could also have israel be a sc controled by the us since, until relations, our relations have been incredibly close. anyway, cool map, i can't wait to become a premium member and play on this awsome map. oh, one more thing, russia should maybe have just a little more of eastern europe.
