Dividing the board

We now need to start seeing about dividing the board into different sections, then we can begin testing.

Could you please do the Americas? I tried to get one showing the states of the USA but they didn't exist

Edit: The Reunion I know of is off the coast of Madagascar. And with all of those EU bases in the Caribbean I would remove San Jose as an SC and give the USA Miami or Puerto Rico.

On Columbia: The country, because the USA has a significant military base there, and I wanted to spread the power around.

On Reunion: Yes, my mistake - I gave you a list of EU SCs outside of Europe rather than in the Americas

On San Jose: Its your choice
