I would be willing to GM the next game of Exploration, I understand that there is a lot of competition to GM this game so if no one else minds, I would like to.

However, I prefer the original set of rules where there is no "outside" nations and the Netherlands is still in play. I still need to finish the map I have been working on so the game would not start for at least a week, but if I can get some guaranteed players, it could spark my interest and speed the process.

How does this sound to everyone?

Hey guys, sorry that one didnt work, Ive sent an hour message to Magamanic with the maps and explanation... but It seems he simply ignored it...
If you wouldnt have show your map I would happily send the map to another GM or even return GMing myself in the end of august...

Hey guys, I'm really sorry that my disappearance caused this game to end.

I offered to take the GM spot and waited for dean to send me the maps for about a week. At that point I figured he had left or whatever without remembering to send me the maps, and thus he wasn't going to, and I gave up on that. Soon after that some things happened irl that made me decide to quit diplomacy for a while and I haven't been on the site since. Now that I've logged in again, I see that he sent me the maps right after that, and then a few messages from players wondering when the game would continue.

I'm sorry guys. I'll try to find some way to make amends for letting you down.
